1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging services from Navdeep Purewal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage our services.

2. Services

Navdeep Purewal provides online business growth services including but not limited to brand strategy, social media management, website development, webinar and course design, sales funnel setup and automation. The specific scope, timeline and deliverables for each engagement are agreed in writing before work commences.

3. Client Responsibilities

To enable effective service delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, timely and complete information requested by our team
• Respond to communications within agreed timeframes
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed review period
• Supply any required assets (photographs, logos, copy) in a timely manner
• Ensure all materials provided to us are free from third-party intellectual property violations

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit is required before work commences
• Remaining payments follow the schedule agreed in the service contract
• Late payments may result in a pause in work until the outstanding amount is cleared
• All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables created specifically for the client become the client's property. Navdeep Purewal retains the right to use completed work in portfolios, case studies and promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Navdeep Purewal retains ownership of all frameworks, methodologies, templates and processes used in delivering services.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the end of the service relationship.

7. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue figures, follower growth, lead volumes or any other measurable result. Business results depend on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, client implementation, advertising performance and the quality of the client's offer. We commit to delivering professional, high-quality work in accordance with the agreed scope.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Navdeep Purewal's liability to any client shall be limited to the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Completed work will be invoiced in full. Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
