Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Due to the bespoke, time-intensive nature of our Done-For-You services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to delivering professional, high-quality work and to resolving any concerns transparently and fairly.

2. Deposits

Deposits paid to commence a project are non-refundable. The deposit covers initial consultation time, project planning, resource allocation and early-stage work. Once work has commenced, the deposit cannot be returned regardless of the reason for cancellation.

3. Cancellation by the Client

If a client chooses to cancel an ongoing project:

• Completed work up to the date of cancellation will be invoiced and must be paid in full
• Any unused portion of payments made in advance — beyond the work completed — may be refunded at our discretion, less any materials, third-party costs or overhead incurred
• Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email

4. Cancellation by Navdeep Purewal

We reserve the right to cancel a project if:

• The client fails to provide necessary materials or approvals within agreed timeframes
• The client's conduct is abusive, disrespectful or otherwise unacceptable
• Circumstances arise that make delivery of the agreed scope impossible

In the event of cancellation by us, completed work will be invoiced and the remaining balance (less work completed and costs incurred) will be refunded.

5. Revision and Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with any deliverable, please contact us within the review period specified in your service agreement. We will work with you to address concerns through revisions within the agreed scope. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with subjective creative decisions when the deliverable meets the agreed brief.

6. Digital Products and Courses

Where digital products or online courses are sold directly through this website, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded, unless the product is demonstrably defective or materially different from its description.

7. Processing of Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method where possible.
